1/8/10 Today we removed a 1/4-inch of green mold from the deck of Summer Breeze, cleaned a hundred feet of rust-stained stainless steel, 86'd two hornets nests, a comatose lizard, and two really sleepy tree frogs. "Sailboat cruising" is really "boat repair in exotic locations." Tomorrow, rain & a high in the mid-40s. The rest of the winter should be great because we are paying our due up front this year.
Glad to see that you are on the move again. We have friend, formerly sailors who just left our home for Big Pine Key in their motor home. Now they are land sailors. Our new boat is stored under cover and we hope to start "cruising" as soon as it warms up again. We had very chilly weather here this year. Keep us in mind if you make it up this way! Donna and Rick
