CIRCLE OF LIFE - March 10, 2013

Freeport, Grand Bahama has a great little "live" theatre at which we just saw a live musical adaptation of the "Lion King", called "The Circle of Life". The cast was made up of a local dance troupe with all age kids, adult & children character actors/singers/dancers, and an amazing adult choir. Six of us from Ocean Reef taxied out and back on Sunday afternoon, March 10, and it was really a great experience. I couldn't take any pictures during the performance, but managed to get a few shots of some of the cast afterwards out in front of the Regency Theatre. Last winter we saw "Pippa"; it was also very good, but this was awesome with the African music performed by the choir.
